The fabric produced by handloom weavers under the supervision of the company is called Grameen Check. It is made with one hundred percent cotton yarn and being entirely handwoven, is an environmen-friendly fabric. In 1996 - 1997 alone, 4.5 million yards of Grameen Check were produced and exported.
